Liverpool Rout Spartak 7-0 To Finish Top Of CL Group
Phillipe Coutinho scored a hat-trick on Wednesday night as Liverpool destroyed Spartak Moscow 7-0 to cruise to the Champions League second round as group winners.

Two more Coutinho goals, one with a heavy deflection, as well as a brace from Sadio Mane and others from Salah and Roberto Firmino, made it a comfortable win and sent a warning to all potential opponents in next Monday’s draw.
Tottenham also won 3-0 at the night against Apoel Nicosia, with both Fernando Llorente and George-Kevin N’Koudou getting their first goals for the club, while Heung-Min Son got the other goal.
All five English clubs qualified for the second round despite city losing for the first time this season 2-1 to Shakhtar Donetsk.
The draw for the Champions League second round will take place on Monday at Uefa’s headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland.
