PHOTOS: Omawumi Holds Traditional Marriage In Warri
Singer Omawumi Megebele has tied the knot traditionally to the father of her two children, Tosin Yusuf on Saturday in Warri, Delta State. The singer and her Real Estate Broker husband got married legally at the Ikoyi Registry in 2015.
Colleagues and friends who attended the ceremony include Waje, Debola Lagos, Chigurl, Mabel Makun amongst others. While fans have continued to congratulate the singer on the union, one of her closest friends Waje, also took to Instagram to express her excitement for her friend.
Omawunmi looked stunning in photos shot by ace wedding photographer, George Okoro. She rose to prominence after her participation as a contestant on West Africa Idol.
Her outgoing personality and unique voice also endeared her to many. Some of her hit tracks include ‘Bottom Belle’, ‘If you ask me’ and ‘warn yourself’. Omawumi has also featured in movies such as House of Gold and musical and Inale.
