We’re Studying Obasanjo’s Letter To Buhari – APC
The ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) says it needs time to respond appropriately to former President Olusegun Obasanjo’s criticism of President Muhammadu Buhari.
Obasanjo, in an 18-page open letter to Buhari, advised the President against seeking another term in office in 2019, but rather to resign and attend to his health.
The former Nigerian leader also described Buhari’s administration as incompetent and nepotistic in its pattern of key federal appointments.
“The APC has asked to be given the opportunity to study the statement. We shall respond appropriately afterwards,” APC National Publicity Secretary, Bolaji Abdullahi, said.
