Navy Warns Militants Against Planned Action
The Nigerian Navy has sounded a note of warning to militants threatening to throw the Niger Delta region into another round of chaos and vandalisation.
It stated its readiness to combat any such action by any group that seeks to foment anarchy as it won’t be caught off-guard.
These are the gist of the statement made by Chief of Naval Staff (CNS), Vice Admiral Ibok-Ete Ibas, on Monday when speaking to reporters at the Nigerian Navy School of Engineering in Sapele, Delta state.
