Vincent Enyeama is back in action after more than seven months on the sidelines.
The former Super Eagles skipper was on show on Saturday as Lille’s U-18s beat Croix in the French fourth tier 3-1.
He posted a picture of himself on his Twitter handle after the game.
“God has been so faithful. Seven months and some weeks, God has taken me up. I had my 1st game. I want to thank everyone that worked for this day to happen. God bless you all,” he tweeted.
The 35-year-old sustained a knee injury in April while in action for his French side, Lille.
He underwent surgery and has been battling for fitness.
The 2013 African Cup of Nations winner is being clamoured for by some Nigerians to return to the Super Eagles for the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
