Flanked by the Bayelsa State First Lady, Rachael Dickson, Speaker of the House Assembly, Rt Honorable Konbowei Benson, SSG, Pastor Kemela Okara, Commissioner of Women Affairs, Mrs. Martha Janakumo and top government functionaries, the Governor sang birthday songs and shared birthday cakes with the orphans.
