Former Presidential New Media aide Reno Omokri has accused the minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed, of taking Codeine and Tramadol.
In a post on his Twitter page, the US based pastor slammed the minister for saying the federal government was not planning to frame former President Olusegun Olusegun.
The former presidential aide also urged President Muhammadu Buhari to stop the killing of herdsmen across the country.
Omokri said: “In response to Obasanjo, Lai Mohammed released a statement saying ‘This admin will never engage in a frame-up of innocent citizens. That is not in the character of President Muhammadu Buhari’. Perhaps Lai (Lie) can ask @bukolasaraki and @dino_melaye.
“I thought the Buhari government said codeine and tramadol are banned? After reading Lai Mohammed’s statement insulting ex President Obasanjo for alerting the nation of plans by Buhari to frame him up and arrest him, I doubt that those substances have been banned
“Buhari’s killer herdsmen kinsmen unleash murders on innocent Nigerians daily and Buhari has not arrested them. It is Obasanjo who paid off ALL our foreign debt and gave us GSM that he wants to arrest. I pray he tries it so he will know what Nigerians think of him!
